Reclaim: Pain Recovery Program

4 months to take your life back from chronic pain

You have tried the appointments, the medications, the procedures. Some helped a little. None gave you your life back. Chronic pain cannot be solved with purely physical solutions — because it is not purely a physical problem.

Reclaim works with the full picture: your nervous system, your lifestyle, your emotions, and your daily reality, using the Bio-Psycho-Social model and the latest pain neuroscience.

This is not pain management. It is pain recovery.

Best for: fibromyalgia, endometriosis, autoimmune pain, chronic fatigue, long Covid, unexplained symptoms, and complex chronic conditions medicine hasn’t fully relieved.

Includes: 90-minute assessment, 11 sessions over 4 months with tapering support, between-session support, pain science education, somatic tools, nutrition guidance, journaling and self-practice tools, and a final healing roadmap.

Investment: $2,200 total (or 3 monthly payments of $733)

First Lights: Burnout Recovery

3 months to find your way back from deep burnout

Burnout isn’t laziness. It isn’t weakness. It’s what happens when a high-functioning, deeply committed person — someone who has always had to work harder to fit in, mask, and keep up — runs on empty for too long. And now your body is making the decision for you.

First Lights is a private, structured 3-month coaching program built around your nervous system, your pace, and your life. Grounded in the Bio-Psycho-Social model, it works through every dimension of your recovery — biological, psychological, social, and environmental.

Best for: women who are exhausted in a way rest doesn’t fix, including neurodivergent women who have spent years masking, overgiving, and running on adrenaline until their system finally said enough.

Includes: 90-minute initial assessment, 6 weekly sessions, 3 biweekly sessions, unlimited messaging support between sessions, weekly written summaries, optional online logbook, and a serene return-to-work plan upon request.

Investment: $1,200 total (or 3 monthly payments of $415)

PRT Coaching

8 weeks to rewire your brain’s pain pathways

If you have been told your pain has no structural cause, or you have been diagnosed with neuroplastic, nociplastic or TMS pain — Pain Reprocessing Therapy offers a powerful, evidence-based path forward.

PRT works by teaching your brain to reprocess pain signals differently, breaking the fear-pain cycle at its neurological root. This is not about managing pain. It is about changing the brain’s learned response to it.

Best for: women whose pain has no clear structural explanation, or who suspect their nervous system has learned to produce pain independently of tissue damage.

Includes: 1 initial 90-minute assessment, 7 weekly 75-minute sessions, somatic tracking, emotional awareness and nervous system safety-building, neuroscience-based tools, between-session support and journaling.

Investment: $875 total ($130 initial assessment, $110 per session if paid individually)

    What you’ll get: Personalized strategies to successfully navigate restrictive medical diets (such as low histamine, gluten-free, dairy-free, FODMAP-free, or low insulin diets). We’ll work to reduce diet-related stress and develop a peaceful relationship with food.

    Content: Psychoeducation, practical recommendations, SMART goal support for integrating the dietary habits you have been prescribed, meal plans and strategies to manage the emotional and social aspects of these diets.

    Your Questions Answered

    Choosing a coaching program is a real investment — of time, money and trust. Here are the questions I hear most often, answered honestly.

    What is the duration of each program?

    Each program is designed around the time genuinely needed to create lasting change, not a quick fix timeline.

    Reclaim (chronic pain recovery) runs 4 months. First Lights (burnout recovery) runs 3 months. PRT Coaching runs 8 weeks. The Wellbeing Jumpstart Series runs 3 or 6 weeks depending on the theme and length you choose.

    Longer programs address multiple interconnected dimensions of health: nervous system, lifestyle, nutrition, emotions, movement. The Jumpstart Series focuses on one specific goal, which is why it works in a shorter timeframe.

    PRT Coaching and individual sessions are also available as standalone appointments for those not ready for a full program.

    Some services such as PRT, counseling are available by the session also.

    What if it's not the right fit?

    That’s exactly what the free clarity call is for. Before you commit to anything I want to make sure this is genuinely the right program for you at this moment in your life. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you honestly and point you toward what might serve you better.

    Can I pay in parts?

    Yes. Payment plans in 2, 3 or 4 installments are available for any program over $200, managed easily through my online platform which sends automatic payment reminders.

    All prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

    Please note that when signing up for a payment plan you are committing to the full program. This protects your progress as much as your investment.

    What results can I expect?

    Results vary depending on your starting point, your goals, and the program you choose. That said, clients commonly report:

    Better sleep and more consistent energy, reduced pain intensity and fewer flare-ups, a calmer nervous system and less anxiety, fewer panic attacks or their disappearance entirely, reduced brain fog and clearer thinking, improved nutrition and relationship with food, greater sense of meaning and life satisfaction, feeling genuinely supported and no longer alone in managing their health, and for burnout clients, a sustainable return to work and daily life.

    The most consistent result across all programs is this: clients feel believed, supported and equipped with tools they carry for life.

    What payments do you accept?

    In the United States I accept Zelle, Stripe, bank transfer, and cash.

    For international clients I accept Wise, IBAN bank transfer, and Stripe.

    All payments are processed securely through my client platform.

    Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, in a few ways.

    Programs paid in full are offered at a slight discount compared to installment plans, reflecting the reduction in processing fees.

    Returning clients receive 20% off all subsequent programs — loyalty matters and I want to make continued support accessible.
