FROM SURVIVING CHRONIC PAIN
If you feel like:
You’ve done everything right. The appointments, the medications, the side effects, the obsessive research. You’ve cancelled plans, apologised for your body, and spent more time managing your condition than actually living your life.
And yet the pain is still there. Unpredictable. Exhausting. Isolating.
Your pain is real but invisible to everyone around you. Flares come without warning. The medical system has let you down more times than you can count. Even joy, spontaneity and fun have quietly left your life…
Maybe you’ve started to wonder if this is just who you are now.
I have been there too, and we can change it.
TO LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE
But you want to feel like:
Chronic pain recovery is possible. And it doesn’t require you to become someone else.
Imagine waking up knowing that a flare doesn’t have to derail your day, because you have the tools to work with your body instead of bracing against it.
Imagine feeling understood, not just examined. Confident in your body’s signals. Free enough to say yes to the things that matter.
That is what this program is built for.
…without harmful pain killers, undesirable side effects or losing an organ.
Your pain is real. It's time to give your body the right tools.

Pain tries to protect You
Pain is the result of communication between your body and your brain. It is the message sent by your brain to alert you of danger and protect you from harm. The longer it has been going on, the louder and harder to quiet that message becomes. And the harder it becomes to treat your pain by only treating the body.
Chronic pain is always physical and psychological
So it requires a holistic, global treatment that supports the body (nutrition, sleep, movement), the mind (mindset, nervous system, emotions), and the environment (lifestyle, relationships, stressors).
This model of chronic pain treatment is called the bio-psychosocial model. It has proven its effectiveness since the 1970s. Most healthcare systems haven’t caught up yet.
You deserve better care
Today you can start receiving the care, support and guidance you need. Together we will build a personalised care plan, practice mind-body tools and implement lifestyle strategies so that you reduce the frequency, duration and intensity of your pain flares and get back to a full life.
My pain coaching is:
Pain science education, tools and strategies
Because understanding what is happening in your body is the first step to changing it.
Mind-body techniques
Mindfulness, polyvagal techniques, relaxation, imagery and breathwork to show your nervous system what safe and sound feels like and prepare your body to heal.
An empathetic ear, compassionate support and guidance
Because connection, self-compassion and emotional regulation are all part of healing.
Pain Reprocessing (PRT) and Somatic Tracking
To rewire your brain away from its hijacked chronic pain response toward new feelings of safety.
Lifestyle and social medicine
To replace the habits that amplify pain so that pain stops running your life.
Motivational Interviewing, structure & accountability
To help you build lasting motivation, overcome obstacles and implement changes that stick.
“Chronic pain is not all about the body, and it’s not all about the brain – it’s everything. Target everything, take back your life.”
— Sean Mackey, MD, PhD

What it is not
A scam
Pain psychology, the bio-psychosocial model, PRT and motivational interviewing are all evidence-based strategies proven to reduce chronic pain. I know, because I have lived it.
Medical treatment
We work alongside your existing treatment and doctors, not instead of them.
Psychotherapy
There is no need to excavate old traumas. The work we do is about changing the present.
Recommendations for procedures
I use a coaching model, not a consultation model. I may offer education and guidance when needed, never prescriptions.
A diagnosis
These tools support chronic pain recovery regardless of diagnosis, and sometimes make a diagnosis less central to your identity than it has been.
Pain management through pills
We aim to go past management into recovery, reducing your dependence on medication over time.
A one-size-fits-all protocol
Every program is personalised to your diagnosis, your life and your priorities. No two clients follow exactly the same path.
transform your pain one key at a time
Less pain. More hope, joy & fulfilment
By the end of this 4-months pain coaching program you will find the key to:
Sleep good at night and feel rested
Recover deep restorative sleep to wake up refreshed and learn how to truly rest.
Pain is worse when you feel tired. In this program you will implement a new sleep hygiene to improve both your sleep quality and quantity, so that your body can restore, digest and heal.
Feel safe, calm and connected
Pain becomes chronic when the nervous system gets stuck in survival mode: the fight, flight and freeze states. Daily stressors, trauma, surgeries, and the experience of living with pain itself can all dysregulate your nervous system over time.
Research also shows that unprocessed emotions and trauma can become stored in the body as pain and inflammation.
In this program you will learn practical tools to calm your autonomic nervous system, support your immune system and help your body return to a state of balance.
Find the energy to live a full life again
Fatigue and lack of motivation are not character flaws. They are symptoms of a nervous system and body under chronic stress.
In this program you will build new lifestyle habits and strategies to treat fatigue at its root, restore your mental and physical energy, and rebuild the stamina and motivation to enjoy your life again.
Reclaim your social life and vital connections
We have all done it. Refused a dinner invitation for fear of bloating or a flare. Stayed home because we didn’t know how we’d feel. Cancelled at the last minute, again, and felt the shame of it.
Humans are social animals. Pain feels worse when we feel lonely and isolated, and better when we feel seen and supported.
In this program you will learn about social medicine and how to make your social life a source of energy rather than a drain. You will learn to communicate your needs, say no where it matters, build your own support system, and create the deep connections you crave without paying for them with pain.
Move freely and do what you love
Return to movement and activities that brought you joy.
Avoiding movement feels like self-protection. But avoidance actually allows pain to grow and the body to become more sensitive over time.
In this program you will learn how to progressively reintroduce gentle movement at your own pace, without overdoing it or triggering flares after, so that you can return to the activities and the life you thought you had lost.
Enjoy food and eating again
For many women with chronic pain and illness, eating has become a source of anxiety rather than pleasure. Fear of triggering symptoms, navigating restrictions, and feeling different at every meal takes a real toll.
In this program we work on the brain-gut connection and the role your nervous system plays in digestion, bloating and food sensitivities. You will learn to eat more mindfully, reduce the fear and stress around food, and rebuild a relationship with eating that feels safe, enjoyable and nourishing — alongside whatever medical guidance you are already following.
Food should not be another source of pain. It can become part of your healing.
Rewire your brain out of chronic pain
Pain pathways are like any other neural pathway: the more they fire, the stronger they become. When pain has been present long enough, the brain learns to produce it automatically, even when the original threat is gone.
Using Pain Reprocessing Therapy tools, we explore what your nervous system is trying to communicate and what happens when you respond with safety rather than fear. You will learn to recognise the 6 Fs that keep people locked in chronic pain — fear, frustration, focusing, fighting, figuring out, and fixing — and how to step out of that cycle for good.
Break the emotion-pain cycle for good
Chronic pain comes with a rollercoaster of emotions. Grief, sadness, frustration, hopelessness; these are not signs of weakness. They are the natural response to living in a body that hurts, and they directly amplify pain when left unaddressed.
In this program you will learn and practise techniques to beter manage emotions and interrupt the anxiety-pain cycle before it takes hold. You will also use somatic tracking to identify heavy emotions stored in your body as symptoms and pain, and learn to observe them with curiosity rather than fear, watching them shift and dissipate as your nervous system finds safety.
This program is for you if:
- You’ve been diagnosed with a chronic condition and want a more holistic approach beyond pills and procedures.
- You’re open to the mind-body connection and willing to try new strategies.
- You’re ready to discover the hidden factors that influence your pain.
- You feel shame, guilt, anxiety or fear around your condition.
- You avoid activities, your range of motion has shrunk, or rest feels impossible.
- Joy, flow and fun have quietly left your life.
This plan is not for you if:
- You don’t believe in neuroscience or the mind-body connection
- You see your symptoms as exclusively physical
- You want someone to fix you rather than support your own healing
- You prefer a quick fix, like a pill, procedure or surgery.

YOUR CHRONIC PAIN COACH
Hello, I´m Laeti
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Europe and an NBC-HWC board-certified health and wellness coach in the USA, with a personal history of chronic pain and invisible illness.
My journey began in 2004 with a Hashimoto’s diagnosis. After my children were born, I spent years navigating unexplained fatigue, back pain, migraines, pelvic discomfort and digestive issues that no one could fully explain. It wasn’t until 2014, after extensive testing, that I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. During that same surgery I discovered I also had adenomyosis, then afterwards, a hypertonic pelvic floor, SIBO and more digestive issues followed.
The lack of guidance and support through all of it showed me the real limits of our sick-care system. So I explored everything: lifestyle medicine, herbal approaches, pain science, mind-body tools. I built my own roadmap because no one handed me one.
I created this program for the version of me who felt alone, lost and exhausted from trying everything.
It’s not that nothing works for you. You just haven’t been given the right tools and plan yet.

Your Questions Answered
Here are the ones I hear most often:
Is this the right program for me?
This program is for you if you’ve been living with chronic inflammatory or autoimmune pain and feel like you’ve tried everything the medical system has to offer. If you’re open to exploring the connection between your body, mind and life circumstances, and ready to do something different, then yes, this was built for you. If you’re not sure, book a free clarity call and we’ll figure it out together.
What results can I expect?
Results vary depending on your diagnosis, history and how long you’ve been in pain. What most clients experience over 4 months is a meaningful reduction in flare frequency and intensity, better sleep, more energy, and a sense of agency over their health that they haven’t felt in years. Some experience significant pain reduction. All leave with a personalised roadmap and tools they can use for life. I won’t promise you pain-free, but I will promise you feeling supported, more equipped, more understood, and more in charge of your own body than you are right now.
Is this coaching or therapy?
Coaching and therapy are complementary, not competing. Therapy addresses clinical mental health conditions and often works through the past. Coaching works toward a future — it’s for people ready to move forward. In this program we work in the present: building tools, skills and new habits to support your healing. I collaborate with therapists and doctors when appropriate; I don’t replace them.
What do our sessions actually look like?
Your first session (60 to 90 minutes) is an in-depth assessment where we build your wellness vision, identify priorities, strengths and obstacles, and design your personalised plan. Weekly sessions (45 minutes) review progress, troubleshoot, explore new strategies and set next steps. At the end of the program we review your full journey and build your long-term roadmap.
Why a 4-month program?
Chronic pain doesn’t develop overnight and it doesn’t resolve overnight. The brain’s ability to rewire itself requires consistent, repeated practice over time. Four months is enough to introduce the concepts, practise them, integrate them into daily life, navigate setbacks, and see genuine change.
What do I need to bring to this program?
To show up, stay curious, and be an active participant in your own healing. That means completing the initial assessment, engaging fully in sessions, keeping an open mind, and doing the work between sessions. This program works best for people who are genuinely ready for change.
