Structure Support to Rebuild Yourself and Prevent Relapse
First Lights is a private, structured coaching program built around your nervous system, your pace, and your life. Over three months, we work holistically through every dimension of your recovery.
This program is grounded in the Bio-PsychoSocial model, an evidence-based framework that addresses every source of imbalance: biological, psychological, social, and environmental.
Whole-person recovery. Not just symptoms. Your biology, the patterns, beliefs, and circumstances that got you here, your relationships, your environment. All of it counts.
Your pace, not a formula. Too much too fast reactivates the very patterns we are trying to shift. Your plan is designed to match your nervous system, not push against it.
Never alone between sessions. Every session is tailored to where you are that week. In between, I am available by message. If something comes up, a question, a hard day, a win worth sharing. I’m here.

First Lights is a coaching program, not therapy. As a European-licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified health coach, I bring clinical training to every session. But this is a forward-focused, action-oriented program. If deeper psychological work is needed alongside coaching, I will tell you.
