PAIN REPROCESSING THERAPY
You did everything right. You still hurt.
You had the surgery. You tried the medications. You followed every protocol. And the pain stayed.
This is not failure, this is how neuroplastic pain works. Your brain learned to protect you, and kept that alarm running long after the danger passed. PRT teaches it to stop.

When pain outlasts its cause
Pain is your brain’s alarm system, not a readout of tissue damage. After surgery, injury, or prolonged illness, that alarm can get stuck in the “on” position. The original cause heals. The neural pathway stays.
This is called neuroplastic pain. It is 100% real. And it is reversible.
I know this firsthand. After my own surgeries for endometriosis and adenomyosis, my pain continued long after healing. PRT is what changed that; which is why I trained in it.
1
Education
Understand how your brain learned this pattern and why it’s not “in your head”. It’s in your circuits.
2
Somatic Tracking
Learn to observe pain sensations with curiosity rather than fear, breaking the fear-pain-fear cycle.
3
Safety Messages
Send your nervous system new signals, until safety becomes the default, not the exception.
4
Emotional Processing
Address other stressors keeping the nervous system on alert, so the work actually holds.

Not sure which is right for you? Your clarity call will help us decide together. It is estimated that more than 50 million adults suffer from chronic pain in the United States (source: Center for Disease Control), and 1.2 billion worldwide (source: World Health Organisation). You do not need to be one of them!
Starter
- For those who want to experience PRT and feel a real shift before deciding on next steps. Covers pain science education and first somatic tracking work.
Best if: you’re new to PRT and want to test the approach
Core
Most RecommendedThe evidence-based sweet spot. Matches the Boulder RCT protocol that showed 66% of participants pain-free. Enough time to build lasting neural change.
Best if: you’re ready to commit and want real results
deep
- For complex, long-standing, or multi-site pain, including post-surgical, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and central sensitization. More time to go deeper.
Best if: your pain has been present for years or has multiple origins

PRT Science & Facts
The evidence
A randomized clinical trial at University of Colorado Boulder showed 66% of participants were pain-free or nearly pain-free after 8 PRT sessions, with results maintained at 1-year follow-up.
Who responds best
PRT works best for pain with no ongoing structural cause, including post-treatment pain, centralized sensitization, and pain that moves, varies by stress, or started during a difficult period. Some people notice shifts within the first few sessions.

How PRT works in practice
Your brain learned pain. It can unlearn it.
Let’s find out if PRT is the right next step for you. You will leave each session with tools that are yours to keep, not a dependency on me to manage your pain.
